REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in touch at our help center.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

EXPECTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS

All members are to conduct themselves to the highest values in behaviour.  We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of bullying and also any form of recreational substance use or abuse both within Sanctum Forge Boxing Gym and outside the gym and any social events.  If this knowledge is brought to our attention we reserve the right to terminate one’s membership effective immediately.

FEES AND CHARGES

Due to Sanctum Forges unique cancellation policy ie. members having the ability to both join and cancel their membership with no joining or cancellation fees in the fact that the membership is an annual recurring membership, Training fees will be charged over any public holidays or during the two week Christmas and New Year break when Sanctum Forge Boxing Gym is closed.  Memberships will only be put on hold if a member is away for a period of one month or longer and will incur a $25.00 administration fee. Memberships will not be cancelled until all arrears are paid in which case the fees will be accumulative.  To cancel a membership please email your request to cancel to paul@paulbriggs.co. Please note that during periods we are closed due to government enforced lockdowns we will pause memberships after four weeks (if the lockdown duration exceeds this).

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP

Our family membership includes two adults and two children 14 years and under.

CHANGES

Sanctum Forge Boxing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. INDEMINITY WAIVER/ RELEASE

WARNING:  The recreational training, fitness and coaching activities provided by Sanctum Forge carry inherent risks as does any physical activity or sport.  These risks include sprains, twists, broken bones, spinal injury, paralysis, physical injury and/ or death which is why it is important to understand the conditions of entry and comply with all instructions provided by or on behalf of Sanctum Forge Boxing Gym.  The participant hereby agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this contract with Briggscorp Holdings PTY LTD trading as Sanctum Forge Boxing Gym.  The condition of entry applies to all persons entering Sanctum Forge Boxing Gym for use of the facilities. By participating in recreational or other activities, you accept the inherent risks associated with those activities at our premises.  By signing this contract you agree to:

a) Release Briggscorp Holdings PTY LTD and all persons or corporations associated with directly or indirectly from all recreational activities from all claims, demands and proceedings arising out of your participation and;

b) Indemnifies and hold harmless Briggscorp Holdings PTY LTD and all associated people, entities or companies against all liability (including liability for their negligence and the negligence of others).   Damage and expense associated with all injuries, loss or damage arising out of or connected with your participation in the recreational activities, and the participation of any person you have booked the recreational services for.

c) YOU ARE AGREEING NOT TO TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION (SUE) BRIGGSCORP HOLDINGS PTY LTD IF YOU HURT YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE AND YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE LIABLE IF YOU DO GET HURT (YOU PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK).
