A signature stretching sequence begins every boxing session at Sanctum Forge.  

Without a solid foundation no structure will stand.  Within training, stretching is that solid foundation. The key principal to Sanctum Forge Boxing Gym is balance and so all training must be balanced with stretching.

We are the only boxing gym in australia that has designated upper and lower body stretch classes taught to members as an injury prevention tool. Stretching has been a hidden super power for optimal performance and injury prevention for as long as sport has existed yet has never become mainstream because no product can be sold in its learning.
