THE EXAMPLE

Sanctum Forge Junior Spartans has evolved to a parent + child boxing class called THE EXAMPLE. The reason is: the greatest gift a parent can give their child is their example.  The greatest example that a father can be for his son is one of the GENTLE BEAST through training side by side with him.  Lead by example, connect and bond while working up a sweat and creating life long memories together.

Two afternoon classes per week.
